We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Normal, United States location (305 W. Beaufort St.). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Normal and surrounding areasPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining detailed records of deliveriesProvide friendly, professional customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalismPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and well-maintainedAccurately load, unload, and organize products for delivery, ensuring items are handled with careMaintain organized records of deliveries, customer signatures, and any delivery-related documentationCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or issuesFollow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelinesBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all timesAdapt to changing schedules and delivery demands while maintaining a flexible, goal-oriented approach Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to navigate using GPS technology and route planning toolsPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizesReliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting delivery schedulesValid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registrationWillingness to pass a criminal background checkPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer serviceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
