As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing exceptional service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Normal and surrounding neighborhoodsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathyMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or issuesPerform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance to ensure the delivery vehicle remains in optimal conditionHandle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer feedbackFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving recordBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all timesMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality service standards Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verified driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operationsMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific driving standardsMust pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesPhysical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weightsProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (preferred)Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer serviceAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registrationMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace.
