We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Caseyville, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers in assigned routes within the Caseyville areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concernsPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating conditionHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or any issues encounteredMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining high-quality service standards Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsKnowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshootingCommitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practicesPositive attitude, reliability, and punctualityAbility to work independently and meet performance goalsCustomer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
