Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Greenville and surrounding areasPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and transparencyPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, working conditionHandle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in route planning and navigation (GPS/mapping tools preferred)Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weightsKnowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practicesReliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitudeCustomer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clienteleAbility to work independently while remaining collaborative with team membersFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands BENEFITS
