Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Litchfield and surrounding areasProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experienceOrganize and manage delivery schedules efficiently to maximize route productivity and on-time deliveriesMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment informationPerform pre-delivery vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptlyHandle cash and card transactions securely and accuratelyNavigate routes using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery timesCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsMaintain a clean, well-organized vehicle interior and exteriorComply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while drivingLift, carry, and transport packages safely, following proper ergonomic practicesBuild positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business Must be 18 years of age or olderMust possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust have a minimum of 2 years of documented driving historyMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkAbility to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent time management and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlinesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technologyValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveriesPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to represent our brand with pridePreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Knowledge of local Litchfield area roads and neighborhoods BENEFITS
