Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout ColumbiaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer serviceMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmationsInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a friendly demeanorHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleOrganize and load delivery items efficiently to maximize route productivityMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorCollaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedulesPhysical capability to lift, carry, and load packages safelyReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientationAbility to work independently while maintaining team collaborationBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeepFlexibility to work varying shifts as business demands require BENEFITS
