We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (1500 Interstate 70 Dr. SW). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Columbia and surrounding regionsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet time management goals and customer expectationsProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experienceVerify delivery addresses, customer information, and order accuracy before completing transactionsMaintain organized records of deliveries, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenanceHandle products with care and ensure items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsAbility to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record verificationStrong time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple deliveries efficientlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and deliver packages of varying sizesReliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting delivery schedulesPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customersFamiliarity with local Columbia area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles (preferred)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed BENEFITS
