We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (416 S 9th Street). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territoriesPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivalsProvide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and professional communicationVerify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracyHandle and transport products with care, maintaining product quality throughout deliveryMaintain accurate delivery records and documentationPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesRespond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concernsCollaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveriesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and customer communication abilitiesAbility to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedulesPhysical capability to safely lift and transport packagesDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitudeWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPreferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation rolesMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
