We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fulton location (102 W 6th St). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerNavigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route planning toolsProvide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalismVerify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracyMaintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmationsInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesHandle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transportCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issuesManage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer expectationsMaintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the organization Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate using GPS and route planning technologyPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and handle deliveriesReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesClear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team membersPositive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfactionPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Familiarity with the local Fulton areaMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
