We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (3102 Green Meadows Way). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional delivery experiences while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers in assigned routes throughout ColumbiaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersProvide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stopCarefully handle and protect packages to ensure they arrive in excellent conditionMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and customer feedbackCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concernsPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers and address any delivery-related questions or concernsMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packagesDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicCustomer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and friendly demeanorAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as neededKnowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practicesPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experienceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
