Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Wentzville areaNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experienceMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instructionsInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to managementHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectationsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards to maintain a clean driving recordOrganize and manage delivery schedules flexibly, adapting to business demands and seasonal fluctuationsBuild and maintain positive relationships with regular customers, contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery useStrong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to navigate using GPS and mapping applicationsPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery itemsDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitudeWillingness to work flexible hours based on business needsClean driving record with a commitment to safe driving practicesAbility to work independently while remaining collaborative with team membersMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
