Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes and territoriesPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient serviceLoad, unload, and handle packages with care, maintaining product quality and integrityProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionallyMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmationsPerform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyNavigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate addresses and meet delivery schedulesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and customer feedbackAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's brand with professionalism and courtesy Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMinimum 2 years of documented driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveriesPass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and background screening per company standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technologyPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safelyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitudeCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellenceAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries BENEFITS
