We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Troy, United States location (131 N Lincoln Dr). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Troy area. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumptionMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmationsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesHandle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect conditionCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encounteredMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all timesMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPhysical capability to lift and carry packages safelyFamiliarity with the Troy, United States area or willingness to learn local routesReliable transportation and commitment to punctualityPositive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to changing conditionsProficiency in using GPS and delivery management systems (preferred)Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery BENEFITS
