As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Lake St. Louis and surrounding areasNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionMaintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers, ensuring a positive brand experienceCarefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionCollect payments and process transactions accurately when requiredMaintain detailed delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management promptlyPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical concerns immediatelyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesManage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectationsCollaborate with the team to support operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsMust pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technologyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and customer serviceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
