We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Charles location (1966 Old Hwy 94). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within St. Charles and surrounding areasNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionLoad, unload, and transport packages while ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concernsMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmationsPerform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackOrganize and prioritize multiple deliveries to meet daily targets and customer expectationsMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technologyReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-focused mindsetKnowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Familiarity with route optimization softwareMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
