Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Normandy and surrounding regionsPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining a professional demeanorCollect payments and process transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of all deliveriesCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interactionPerform pre-delivery and post-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy conditionMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure products are properly secured during transportFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all timesProvide exceptional customer service by handling special requests and resolving issues with a friendly, solution-oriented approachReport any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptlyMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility with scheduling demands Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMust have a minimum of 2 years driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving history (if 19 years or older)Must have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards and can be used for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific safety standardsMust pass a criminal background checkExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendanceAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededProficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systemsPhysical ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficientlyPositive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team membersKnowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocolsPreferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or a similar role demonstrating proven reliability BENEFITS
