We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Florissant location (2500 N Hwy 67). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products directly to our customers' doors while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Florissant areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmationsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices at all timesHandle cash and payment transactions accurately and securelyCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encounteredMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to represent the company professionallyMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional behaviorAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends as neededKnowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety proceduresComfortable using GPS navigation systems and mobile technology for route planningResilient attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionallyPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experienceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace.
