Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers throughout assigned routesPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiencyLoad, unload, and handle packages with care, following proper safety protocolsMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmationsProvide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathyConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working conditionAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes to delivery schedulesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safelyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicKnowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfactionFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and route assignmentsProficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems (preferred) BENEFITS
