We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Festus location. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll manage your own route, navigate efficiently through neighborhoods, and ensure every delivery is handled with care and professionalism. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned territories within Festus and surrounding areasPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling inquiries with courtesy and empathyVerify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery recordsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyHandle packages and products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect conditionNavigate using GPS and mapping technology to locate addresses and optimize route efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all timesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challenges encounteredAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild and maintain positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesPhysical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technologyReliable transportation and consistent attendancePositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientationAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of vehicle insurance and registrationPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Knowledge of the Festus area and surrounding neighborhoodsMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
