Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the High Ridge areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient serviceMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipmentsProvide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery pointInspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesHandle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalismOrganize and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transitCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstaclesMaintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our organization Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial deliveryMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsClean driving record with no major violationsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPhysical capability to load, unload, and handle packages safelyFamiliarity with GPS navigation and route planning toolsDemonstrated reliability and punctualityPositive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfactionWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
