Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Hillsboro areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumptionMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or issuesProvide professional and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with empathy and transparencyInspect vehicle condition daily, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and reliabilityHandle packages with care, following proper lifting techniques and safety protocols to prevent damage and injuryCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or obstaclesMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects positively on our organizationAdhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while operating company or personal vehiclesBuild positive relationships with customers, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMust have a minimum of 2 years driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving history (if 19 years or older)Must have access to an insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety and driving standardsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries efficientlyExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to lift, carry, and handle packages safely, with physical capability to meet job demandsReliable knowledge of local roads and navigation, or willingness to use GPS and mapping tools effectivelyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting delivery schedulesAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication and feedbackValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery (if applicable) BENEFITS
