Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in the De Soto area and surrounding neighborhoodsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling all interactions with courtesy and respectCarefully load, transport, and unload packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructionsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concernsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyNavigate using GPS and mapping technology to optimize routes and meet delivery schedulesHandle cash and card transactions securely and accurately when requiredRepresent our organization positively and professionally at all times, building customer loyalty and trust Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific driving standardsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applicationsReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPhysical capability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and walking throughout the dayPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryWillingness to pass a criminal background checkPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience BENEFITS
