About this role
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Lindell Boulevard. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the St. Louis area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerNavigate local St. Louis area routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and route optimization toolsMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each stopProvide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesOrganize and load delivery items securely to prevent damage during transportMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standardsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issuesHandle cash and payment transactions accurately when required Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to an insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkExcellent driving record with a commitment to safe driving practicesStrong time management and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a professional attitudeExcellent customer service and communication skillsPhysical ability to lift, carry, and load packages safelyFamiliarity with St. Louis area roads and neighborhoods is preferredProficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications is preferredMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
