We're looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Rantoul, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and goods to customers while maintaining the highest standards of service. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring every delivery is completed on time and with care. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential to your success in this position.
Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsPlan and execute optimal delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at all scheduled stopsLoad, unload, and transport packages and goods with care to prevent damageObtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentationCommunicate professionally with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries or concernsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all timesMeet daily and weekly delivery targets while prioritizing customer satisfactionFollow company policies and procedures regarding package handling and delivery protocolsAssist with inventory management and package sorting as needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation roleStrong knowledge of vehicle operation and basic maintenanceProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet strict delivery schedulesAttention to detail and accuracy in documentationReliable transportation and punctualityPhysical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasksFamiliarity with delivery management software (preferred)Commercial driving experience (preferred) BENEFITS
