We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fenton, United States location (2554 Gladiator Drive). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily delivery targets and customer time windowsLoad, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights with careMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmationsProvide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions and deliveriesPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage promptlyNavigate using GPS and delivery management systems to optimize routes and minimize travel timeHandle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues with professionalism and efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure compliance with company standardsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience operating delivery vehicles or commercial trucksStrong time management skills and ability to meet delivery schedules consistentlyExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management softwareKnowledge of vehicle safety compliance and basic maintenance proceduresStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficientlyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPhysical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasksFamiliarity with the Fenton area and local traffic patterns (preferred)Experience with package tracking systems and delivery documentation (preferred) BENEFITS
