We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis, United States location on Manchester Rd. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and professional delivery of packages and goods to our customers throughout the St. Louis area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, and we're seeking someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsPlan and execute optimal delivery routes to meet daily delivery schedules and customer expectationsLoad, unload, and secure packages and goods in the delivery vehicle with careInteract professionally with customers, collect signatures, and address delivery-related inquiriesMaintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery documentation and mileage logsPerform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety concernsMeet or exceed daily delivery targets while maintaining a clean driving recordCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issuesEnsure all packages are delivered to the correct addresses in a timely mannerMaintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in all customer interactions Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class being operatedClean driving record with no major violationsProven experience operating delivery or commercial vehiclesStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with the St. Louis area and local road networks (preferred)Experience with delivery management software or mobile applications (preferred)Commercial driving experience or CDL certification (preferred) MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
