We're looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Gravois Rd. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and goods to customers throughout the St. Louis area. You'll be the face of our organization, ensuring every delivery is completed on time and with exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and reliability.
Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulationsPlan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily delivery targetsLoad, unload, and transport packages and goods while maintaining product integrityInteract professionally with customers, collect signatures, and address delivery-related inquiriesMaintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery documentation and route logsPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and report maintenance issuesMeet strict delivery schedules and time windows while maintaining a professional demeanorFollow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and vehicle operationCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered Valid driver's license appropriate for commercial vehicle operationClean driving record with no major violationsProven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving roleStrong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving techniquesPhysical capability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate using GPS and mapping systemsReliable transportation and punctualityProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenPreferred: Experience with multi-stop delivery routes and route optimizationPreferred: Basic vehicle maintenance knowledgePreferred: Experience with delivery management software or mobile applications MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
