We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team at our Kirkwood, United States location (485 S Kirkwood Rd). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.
Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policiesPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumptionLoad, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to designated locationsObtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as requiredMaintain accurate delivery records and update tracking information in real-timePerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance issuesProvide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery concernsNavigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accuratelyAdhere to strict time management protocols to meet daily delivery targetsReport any vehicle damage, accidents, or safety hazards to management immediatelyMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation roleProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applicationsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsPhysical capability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularlyKnowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshootingFamiliarity with safety protocols and compliance regulationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficientlyProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenReliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules BENEFITS
