We're looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Manchester Road. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and goods to customers throughout the St. Louis area. You'll be the face of our organization, ensuring every delivery is completed on time and with exceptional customer service. Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsPlan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily delivery targetsLoad, unload, and transport packages and goods while maintaining proper handling proceduresProvide professional and courteous customer service during each delivery interactionObtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation and recordsPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating conditionReport any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptlyNavigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accuratelyCommunicate with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer issuesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and cargo area Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class being operatedProven commercial or delivery driving experienceClean driving record with no major violationsStrong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving techniquesExcellent time management and organizational skillsCustomer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to work independently and follow detailed instructionsProficiency with GPS and navigation systemsReliability and punctuality with a strong attendance recordPreferred: Experience with multi-stop delivery routes or logistics operationsPreferred: Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge BENEFITS
