Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout the Salem areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesLoad, unload, and transport packages while maintaining product integrityProvide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery pointMaintain accurate delivery records and documentationPerform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptlyAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalismMaintain a clean and organized vehicle at all timesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposesAbility to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong time management and organizational skillsProficiency with GPS navigation and route planning toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicKnowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practicesCustomer-focused mindset with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPhysical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasksWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed BENEFITS
