As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers' doors while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries throughout the St. Louis area. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned delivery routes in the St. Louis areaProvide friendly, professional customer service and handle customer interactions with courtesy and respectVerify delivery addresses and ensure accurate order fulfillment before departingManage cash and payment transactions securely and accuratelyMaintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmationsInspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesOptimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time management goalsHandle packages with care and professionalism, protecting product quality during transportCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issuesMaintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times **Required Qualifications:**
Must be 18 years of age or olderValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMinimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old); 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older)Access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlinesAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with basic navigation and familiarity with the St. Louis area (preferred)Ability to handle cash and process payments accuratelyPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and genuine customer-focused mindsetPhysical capability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends**Preferred Qualifications:**
