What you'll earn
Most AMs make $15–18/hr depending on experience

Most of our GMs started as AMs. After you've run a Two Sisters Pizza store successfully for a year, you can apply for franchise ownership. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also open to you.
What you'll do
Train and develop your team
Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go
Place food orders and keep inventory in check
Put product quality above everything else
Handle customer concerns quickly
Keep the team looking sharp and professional
Follow all Team Sharma policies, including 100% Team Sharma App usage
Make sure every call is answered on the first ring

What you need
18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus
Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
