Domino’s is hiring Assistant Managers for night shifts — 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 1:00 AM. Weekend availability is a MUST!
Can you keep your cool when the phones are ringing, orders are coming in, customers need help, and your team is counting on you?
We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is great at multitasking, comfortable making decisions, and ready to lead during our busiest shifts.
This isn't a position where you just stand back and supervise. We need someone who can jump in, keep things organized, and help the entire team succeed.
🚨 NIGHT SHIFTS & WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED
Required shift availability: 5:00 PM–12:00 AM or 5:00 PM–1:00 AM, including weekends and Saturdays.
Applicants must be able to consistently work these evening and late-night hours.
Our evenings and weekends are some of our busiest times, and we need dependable leadership in the store when it matters most.

🍕 CAN YOU KEEP MULTIPLE THINGS MOVING AT ONCE?
As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead shifts while balancing several responsibilities, including:
Keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently
Supporting team members during busy rushes
Providing excellent customer service
Managing cash, inventory, and cost controls
Making quick decisions and solving problems
Coaching and developing team members
Maintaining food safety and operational standards
Using store technology and troubleshooting issues
Jumping in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

Stays calm and focused under pressure
Can prioritize tasks when several things need attention at once
Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
Communicates clearly and leads by example
Is dependable, accountable, and ready to take ownership of a shift
Has a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Has previous leadership experience (preferred)
Is at least 18 years old
