We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville location on Preston Highway. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our success by ensuring timely, safe, and professional deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and timeframesNavigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize travel timeLoad, unload, and transport packages and products in a careful and organized manner, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and collecting payments when applicableMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery confirmations, and any customer feedback or issuesPerform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management immediatelyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all timesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsHandle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutionsMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our company's professional standards Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific driving standardsMust pass a criminal background checkExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applicationsDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitudeKnowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocolsCustomer service experience is preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed BENEFITS
