As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Louisville area. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel timeMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmationsProvide friendly and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstaclesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all timesMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation and route planning toolsAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientationPhysical capability to perform delivery duties in various weather conditionsPreferred: Familiarity with the Louisville area and local street knowledgePreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience BENEFITS
