Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Louisville areaNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experienceMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyHandle cash and card transactions securely and accuratelyOrganize and load delivery vehicles in a systematic manner to ensure product quality and safe transportCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record verificationStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetPhysical capability to lift, carry, and deliver products weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as business demandsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional servicePreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting BENEFITS
