Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and safety regulationsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experienceMaintain accurate delivery records and handle cash or digital payments with integrity and attention to detailInspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safe operationsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, customer concerns, and route challengesDemonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills when navigating unexpected obstacles or traffic delaysMaintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and ensure all delivery equipment is properly storedAdhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and delivery protocolsBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to navigate using GPS technology and traditional route planning methodsDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicPhysical ability to safely lift and carry delivery itemsKnowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocolsFlexible availability, including evenings and weekends as neededA positive attitude, genuine smile, and commitment to exceptional customer servicePreferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles BENEFITS
