Execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers throughout the Louisville area, maintaining a professional demeanor at all timesPlan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time while meeting daily delivery targetsSafely load, transport, and unload packages, ensuring all items arrive in excellent conditionProvide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and clarityMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmationsCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or issuesPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure safe operationsNavigate using GPS and mapping systems effectively to reach destinations accuratelyHandle cash and payment transactions securely when requiredDemonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills when facing unexpected challenges or route changesUphold company standards and represent our brand positively in every customer interaction Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderMust have access to an insured vehicle that meets company specifications for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety and driving standardsStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with diverse clienteleProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technologyPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyDemonstrated reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting delivery schedulesProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and route modificationsValid proof of vehicle insurance coverageClean driving record and willingness to maintain safe driving practices BENEFITS
