We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Grand Boulevard location in St. Louis. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with a friendly demeanor. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our success by maintaining our commitment to timely service and exceptional customer experiences.
Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout the St. Louis areaPlan and execute delivery routes in an organized manner to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedulesProvide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing any questions or concernsMaintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, times, and any special instructionsInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionNavigate traffic and road conditions safely while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulationsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encounteredBuild positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyaltyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMust have a minimum of 2 years driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving history (if 19 years or older)Must have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systemsReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlinesPhysical capability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and loading tasksKnowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practicesAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communicationFlexibility to adapt to changing routes and delivery priorities MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
