Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in a timely and efficient mannerNavigate routes effectively using GPS technology and route optimization tools to maximize delivery efficiencyMaintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers, ensuring positive interactions and building customer loyaltyVerify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery recordsPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy conditionCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsHandle products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent conditionMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesResolve customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessaryMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving historyPass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to navigate routes efficiently and manage multiple deliveriesReliable and punctual with a strong attendance recordPositive attitude and genuine passion for customer serviceAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform minor troubleshootingComfortable using GPS and mobile technology for route navigation and delivery trackingPhysical ability to lift and carry packages safelyClean driving record with no major violationsWillingness to undergo a criminal background check BENEFITS
