Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers throughout the Imperial areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumptionLoad, unload, and transport packages with care, maintaining accurate inventory recordsProvide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concernsMaintain detailed delivery logs and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactionsPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or obstaclesHandle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessaryMaintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety standardsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyPhysical stamina and capability to work in various weather conditionsAttention to detail with a commitment to accurate and complete deliveriesProblem-solving skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar routes independentlyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanorWillingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
