Pay
Estimated Earnings: $17–$25/hour + separate mileage reimbursement
The estimated $17–$25 per hour includes employer-paid hourly wages and customer tips. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, delivery volume, and tips.
Mileage reimbursement is paid separately for required delivery driving and is not included in the $17–$25 estimated earnings range.
Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily.

As a Domino’s Delivery Driver, you’ll:
Deliver customer orders safely and on timeProvide friendly, professional customer serviceUse GPS to navigate delivery areasHelp inside the store between deliveries, including taking orders, cleaning, and dishwashingWork as part of a fast-paced teamThis position uses a split hourly rate. Springfield Pie Inc. ensures drivers receive at least the applicable Massachusetts minimum wage for all hours worked. For eligible tipped delivery work, wages and tips are reviewed each shift, and the company pays any required minimum-wage shortfall.
Qualifications
