Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumptionMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmationsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checksHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionNavigate local Chatham streets and neighborhoods with confidence and precisionCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer issuesAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyFamiliarity with the Chatham area or willingness to quickly learn local geographyReliable transportation and commitment to punctualityPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer servicePreferred: Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing rolesPreferred: Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and route optimization BENEFITS
