Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Collinsville and surrounding areasPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely, efficient service while maintaining excellent customer satisfactionCommunicate professionally with customers, address inquiries, and handle transactions with accuracy and courtesyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect conditionManage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance goalsProvide exceptional customer service, representing our brand positively in every interactionCollaborate with team members and management to support operational excellence Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation and basic technology for route planningAbility to lift and carry packages safely and efficientlyReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery commitmentsPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientationPhysical capability to perform delivery duties, including walking and climbing stairsPreferred: Familiarity with the Collinsville area and local neighborhoodsPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experienceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
