Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Fenton areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and transparencyPerform pre-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, working conditionHandle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or issuesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operationsMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyKnowledge of local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practicesReliable transportation and consistent attendancePositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientationAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldPhysical capability to perform delivery duties in various weather conditionsWillingness to pass a criminal background checkPreferred: Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles BENEFITS
