As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve. Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in the Louisville areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer serviceLoad, unload, and handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect conditionMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and customer feedbackCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly demeanorPerform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleOrganize and manage delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and meet daily targetsProvide exceptional customer service, representing our organization positively in every interactionMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate using GPS and delivery management systemsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safelyReliable transportation and consistent punctualityProfessional attitude, integrity, and a commitment to safetyPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Knowledge of the Louisville area and local routes BENEFITS
