Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout St. LouisProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and ensuring accurate order deliveryMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactionsNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization to maximize delivery productivityInspect vehicle daily for maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues promptlyHandle cash and digital payments securely while maintaining transparency in all transactionsCommunicate professionally with customers and resolve any delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalismAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesManage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectationsMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior for a positive customer experience Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitudeExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation and route planning toolsReliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedulesPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery itemsValid proof of vehicle insurance and registrationAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse customersPreferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience BENEFITS
