We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Tesson Ferry Road. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products directly to our customers' doors while building relationships and creating positive experiences throughout your neighborhood. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service and timely deliveries that keep our customers smiling.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the St. Louis areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivalsProvide friendly, professional customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalismMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment documentationInspect vehicle condition before each shift and report any maintenance issues promptlyHandle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect conditionFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving recordCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challengesOrganize and load delivery items in a logical manner to maximize efficiencyRespond professionally to customer feedback and resolve delivery-related concernsMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to navigate using GPS and delivery management systemsPhysical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weightsReliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedulesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededResilience and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges on the roadValid proof of insurance for your vehicleA positive attitude and genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences BENEFITS
