The successful candidate will:
be a practising Catholic who will nurture the faith and spirituality of our school communityHave at least 3 years Senior Leadership experienceBe an outstanding teacher with an excellent understanding of how students learn, how barriers to learning can be overcome and have a proven track record of superb student outcomesBe strategic, creative, energetic and highly organisedBe highly informed of current approaches to teaching, learning, assessment, curriculum and inclusionBe an excellent leader and communicator with a clear sense of moral purpose, be analytical and have an excellent understanding of school improvement strategies and systemsBe focused on ensuring that no child is left behindPotentially have aspirations for headship
