Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a BA degree in English or a related subject.A successful track record as a teacher that demonstrates high quality teaching and learning and positive impact on learner outcomes.Experience of leading a team.Deep understanding of strategies to increase pupil motivation, personalise learning, and raise attainment levels.Experience of leading on intervention initiatives.
